Absolutely outstanding experience with our home inspector! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented. He truly went above and beyond, and you can immediately tell that he genuinely cares about helping his clients and takes pride in his work.

He inspected every part of the home thoroughly and never rushed through anything. He checked all the major systems along with smaller details that most people would completely miss. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions patiently, and helped us understand what was important, what was minor maintenance, and what may need attention in the future.

What impressed us most was how meticulous and honest he was throughout the inspection. He noticed things we would have never seen ourselves and gave us valuable insights about the home, maintenance, safety, and long-term care. His report was detailed, organized, and easy to follow, with photos , videos and explanations that were extremely helpful.

Buying a home can be stressful, but he made the process feel much more manageable and gave us real confidence moving forward. It truly felt like having someone on our side who genuinely wanted the best for us.

If you are looking for a home inspector who is trustworthy, thorough, and exceptional at what he does, I cannot recommend him enough. He is simply awesome, and we are so grateful for all the time and care he put into helping us!
